Install Yii 2.04 on Windows
1.download URL
1.1 http://www.yiiframework.com/download/
1.2 install from an archive file
2.extact file to root directory and rename to yii
3.config
open file root directory/yii/config/web.php see line 12 fill the 'cookieValidationKey'
example.
'cookieValidationKey' => '123456789',
4.congrat
access your site http://localhost/yii/web/index.php
