1. go to start ,

press search and type:- 

cmd, right click on returned cmd.exe and select “run as administrator” 

2.at the prompt type:-

net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice
press enter 

3.then type:
net localgroup Administrators /add localservice
press enter then type:
exit
press enter 

4. and restart your computer
